Cornell Malaysia can deliver to all serviceable areas within West Malaysia. However, shipping is limited for products weighing 20kg and below.
After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email and SMS. After your order is verified, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:
In Peninsular Malaysia only: 1 – 6 business days (except Sunday and holidays).
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, origin, and destination and will be clearly indicated at the time of checkout. Shipping rates are charged at RM 5.00 for the first kg and RM 1.00 for each subsequent 1 kg. Shipping charges are subjected to 35% handling fee.

For effective after-sales service, kindly take note that:
- Warranty card to be replaced by online warranty. Register online entitle to enjoy extra 3 month of warranty.
- Warranty does not cover damages caused by accident, misuse, fair wear & tear, wrong voltage installation, acts of nature, or if tempered with, in any attempt to self-repair / through unauthorized agent.
- Appliance requiring service should be brought to any of the addresses shown on the Cornell website platforms. On-site repairs are provided only for Washing Machine, Dryer, Refrigerator, Water Heater, Freezer, Built-in Hob, Cooker Hood and Built-in Oven.
- Reference number will be generated after submission successful created. Please present it while claim for warranty.
- Cornell reserves the right to reduce the warranty period if the appliance is utilized for commercial or semi commercial purposes.
