I’ve used it to make soup but failed. After selecting the menu, this slow cooker automatically turned OFF itself before the cooking time ended! I contacted support on your website but received no response at all. very low-quality product.

Terrible instruction manual. The pot goes OFF on its own regardless of the setting. If you cannot come up with a proper instruction manual,, just leave it in Chinese.. rather than just translating it literally from Chinese and nobody knows what you’re saying.

Same problem encountered. Automatically turn off after few minutes regardless of the setting. Is frustrating once found the meat soup left uncooked over the night and spoiled. Bought the slow cooker across the state from KL. Is that any immediate solution for it.

The pot automatic turn off before cooking time end, nothing cooked at the end! Manual did not tell us how to use it at all. I feel so regret did not read the review before buy it, worst product. Write to customer service is useless, no response at all too.

I just bought it , I thought I am the only one that fail in using this slow cooker . I have the same experience .Yes indeed not friendly user. I wouldnt recommend to anyone this slow cooker. Terrible experience, thought it would make my life easier.
