Ingredient A: Mooncake Skin (Water base)

Flour: 100 grams White oil: 60 grams Water: 50 ml

Ingredient B: Mooncake Skin (Oil base)

Flour: 100 grams White oil: 60 grams

Fillings: Lotus : 250 g Sweet salted dried vegetable: 35 grams (finely chopped) Orange cake: 20 grams (finely chopped) Wax gourd: 20 grams (finely chopped) White sesame seeds: 20 grams Salt: quarter tsp

One egg yolk (coated) Sesame (sprinkle on surface)

Methods

1.     Mix all ingredient A, roll into small balls

2.     Mix all ingredient B, roll into small balls

3.     Mix fillings, roll into small balls

4.     Wrap A dough  with B dough, flatten  the dough with a wooden stick

5.     Wrap fillings, coated with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds

6.     Place mooncakes into Cornell electric oven, bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Maintain oven temperature at 170 to 180 degrees Celsius.

用料A 水皮:

面粉      100克

白油     60克

水        50毫升

用料B油皮:

面粉      100克

白油      60克

馅料:

莲        250克

甜梅菜    35克(切幼)

桔饼      20克(切幼)

冬瓜条    20克(切幼)

白芝麻    20克

盐        四分之一茶匙

蛋黄一粒(涂面用)

芝麻少许(洒面用)

做法:

1. 将A材料全部搓成团(切成小粒)

2. 将B材料全部搓成团(切成小粒)

3. 将馅料全部搅均,搓成成小粒

4. 将每粒水皮包上油皮,再将面团卷起,用木棍压平

5. 包上馅料,涂上蛋液,洒上芝麻

6. 烘约20—25分钟, 170度C至180度C
