Fruity Jam Puff (10 Servings)

Ingredients:

Frezfruta Mixed Fruit Jam (450g)                                1 bottle

Raisins                                                                                100 gm

Lemon zests                                                                         2 tbsp

Large Red Apple (diced and blanch in lemon stock)         3        

Vanilla                                                                                    1 tsp  

Frezfruta Apple Blueberry Jam (for glazing)

Making the filling:

Briefly cooked blanched apple with 2 tables mixed fruit Jam. Allows cooling before mixing with the bottle of balance mixed fruit Jam

Ready PUFF Pastry

1 package frozen puff pastry thawed according to package directions.

Method:  

  1. Spread the sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Dust the pastry lightly with flour and, using a rolling pin, roll the pastry into a 12-inch square. Using a sharp paring knife, trim the edges and cut the dough into four equal squares. Using a pastry brush, brush the edges of each square lightly with the egg wash.
  2. Spoon about 3 tablespoons of the apple jam mixture in the middle of each square, and fold the dough in half to form a triangle. Seal the edges by pressing them together with the tines of a fork.
    Transfer to the baking sheet. Poke a few holes in the top of each turnover with the tip of a paring knife.
  3. Bake in the preheated hot oven at 200 degree C until golden brown and flaky, about 20 to 25 minutes.  Glaze puffs with a thin coating of Apple Blueberry Jam over the surface
    and return to bake for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve & Enjoy!

什锦苹果蓝莓馅饼 (10份)

材料:

Frezfruta什锦果醬(450克)    1瓶

葡萄干                       100克

柠檬皮                       2汤匙

大红苹果(切成小方块,放入柠檬汁里略煮)3粒

 香草精                       1茶匙

Frezfruta苹果蓝莓酱(涂在表皮上)

 准备馅料步骤:将烫过的苹果,和2汤匙的什锦果酱一起再略煮。之后,放一边冷却后再将其余的什锦果酱一起拌匀

面皮准备步骤:

将1包冷冻酥皮解冻。(按照包装指示)

做法:

  1. 在平面上撒上些许面粉,将面皮在平面上摊开,然后打上点面粉。再用面棍将面皮杆成12寸的方格。用把尖锐的水果刀,将边修饰掉后,将面团切成四分均匀的方格。用糕点刷,在方格的边,轻轻刷上蛋液。
  2. 将3汤匙的苹果蓝莓酱放入方格的中间,将面皮折半形成一个三角形。用叉子的齿在边缘压一压,将它封紧后放在烘焙纸上。用水果刀在各个馅饼上扎上几个洞。
  3. 将Cornell烘炉在200度下加热后,放入馅饼,烘至20-25分钟,直到金黄色和酥脆。在馅饼表皮上,涂上一层苹果蓝莓酱在烘2-3分钟后即可。
