Kaya Kueh Lapis 千层山楂蛋糕


Kaya Kueh Lapis

Butter 350g
Sugar 75g
Egg yolks 8
Egg whites 10
Kaya 150g
Condensed milk 85g
Mary Biscuit Crumbs 200g
Green coloring sufficient amount
Yellow coloring sufficient amount
Hawthorn 8 small pkts

1. Beat the butter and sugar until it turns fluffy and white. Add egg yolk and egg white, one at a time and mix well. Add in Kaya and condensed milk, mix well. Then add in Mary Biscuit Crumbs.

2. Divide the mixture into 2 portions. Add yellow coloring to 1st portion. Add green coloring to 2nd portion.

3. Steam an 8 inch round bake ware till hot and line it with aluminum foil. Oil the aluminum foil and add in 1/4 of the green mixture. Add a packet of Hawthorn and steam for 10 minutes over high heat. Then add in 1/4 of the yellow mixture, add layer with 1 packet of Hawthorn. Steam over high heat for 10 minutes.

4. Repeat the steps until mixture is used up. Steam the last layer for 15 minutes.

1. 牛油和糖打至松白,再逐粒加入蛋黄和蛋白打均.加入咖椰和炼奶拌匀, 再加入玛丽饼碎。

2. 将混合物分成2份,1份加入黄色色素,另一份加入青色色素。

3. 8寸圆型烤盘蒸热, 铺烤纸并涂油, 倒入1/4青色混合物, 并铺上1包山楂饼, 以大火蒸10分钟, 再倒入1/4黄色混合物, 铺上1包山楂饼, 再以大火蒸10分钟。

4. 重复至用完所有混合物,最后一层需要蒸15分钟。
