Peach Pork Ribs


Pork Ribs 600g
Peach cubes 100g
Red pepper triangular pieces 50g
Green pepper triangular pieces 50g

Fermented pork ribs
Salt 1/2tsp
Vegetarian G Powder 1/4tsp
Ginger juice 1tsp
Egg 1/2
Flour 1 spoon
Carica papaya oil 1 tsp
Pepper a little
Corn flour 1 1/2 spoon
Huadiao wine 1/2 spoon

Peach Jam 75g

1. Chop the pork rips, put it into the seasonings and marinate it for 30 minutes.

2. Put it into hot oil and fry it for about 10 minutes, turn it to big fire and fry it until it turns golden brown. Take it out and drain the oil.

3. Add 2 spoons of oil into a heat up pot. Fry the green and red peppers, pour in the sauce ingredients and cook till sauce thickens. Add the pork ribs and stir fry. Garnish with some peach slices.

1. 排骨斩件, 放入腌料腌30分钟。

2. 放入温油中炸约10分钟, 再转大火炸至金黄色, 取出沥干油

3. 热锅放入油2汤匙, 爆香青, 红椒, 倒入酱汁煮至浓, 放入排骨炒匀, 洒入桃片上碟
