Traditional Mooncake
Outer Skin Ingredients:
Flour 300g
Sugar syrup 180g
Oil 60g
Alkaline Water 1 tsp
Lotus Seed Bean Paste 1½kg
Seeds 50g

1. Mix all ingredients for outer skin together, leave to rest for 3-5 hours.
2. Roll fillings into small balls.
3. Cut the dough into small portions, and place fillings into the center. Then wrap.
4. Place doughs into mooncake moulds, press tight and remove the moulds.
5. Place the mooncakes into the Cornell tabletop oven (Model: CCO38) and bake for 15 minutes. Then remove and glaze with egg and bake for another 10 minutes and it is done!

传统烘皮月饼 (烘皮)

面粉 300克
糖浆 180克
油  60克
碱水 1茶匙

莲蓉 1½ 公斤
瓜子 50克

1. 将烘皮用料一起拌匀,醒发3 – 5小时。
2. 将馅料搓成小圆球。
3. 将面团分小粒,包上馅料。
4. 将面团放入模型,压紧,倒出来。
5. 放入烘炉(Model: CCO38),烘约15分钟,取出,抹蛋,再烘约10分钟即可。
